Hand carved scarab beetle pendant necklace made from natural bog oak wood and shaped entirely by hand using traditional carving tools. Covered with hard wax oil. The design captures the chunky contours of the scarab beetle, highlighting its minimalist and natural silhouette. I embellished it with various details and created a textured relief on every part of this beetle’s body. You can feel every line and contour to the touch. The piece is intricately detailed on all sides and also features legs and all the necessary parts on the back.
