Shipping & delivery

I ship from my workshop in Ukraine. I send orders worldwide where the postal and courier services allow it. If you are not sure whether I can deliver to your country, write to me.

Processing time (how long it takes me to make and pack your order) and the estimated delivery time are shown on each listing and at checkout. Custom orders take longer, and I will tell you the timeline before I start. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and the carrier.

No extra customs fees for U.S. customers.

You will not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery. I have already taken care of it: the fee is included in the shipping cost and paid by me when I ship your order. This makes the process easier and smoother for you, and it does not affect delivery time.

Orders sent to EU countries and to the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees charged by the customs authority or the carrier. The buyer is responsible for paying the taxes and charges of the destination country.

For all other destinations, any import taxes, duties or fees that apply in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect before you order.

I will send you tracking details whenever the chosen shipping method provides them. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, write to me at annyksha@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if it is damaged), and I will help you sort it out. See also Returns & cancellation.

Please double-check your delivery address when you order. I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, write to me as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched.
