Wood is a living material, so a little care goes a long way:

• Keep it away from water, steam and long baths. Take it off before swimming, showering or washing up.
• Avoid perfume, hairspray and cleaning products. Put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
• Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Store it somewhere dry and out of direct sunlight or heat.
• If the surface starts to look dry, rub in a tiny drop of natural oil with a soft cloth and let it rest overnight.

Yes. Every piece is made by hand from natural wood, so grain, knots and tone differ from piece to piece. Your piece may look slightly different from the photos, and that is part of its character.

At the moment orders are placed in my Etsy shop, where Etsy handles checkout and payment. Buying directly on this website is planned for the future, and these pages will be updated before that happens.

Often, yes. Tell me what you have in mind through the contact page: the kind of piece, sizes, wood preferences and when you need it. I will let you know what is possible. Pieces made to a personal order cannot be returned, see Returns & cancellation.

Processing and delivery times depend on the piece and the destination. You can find the details on the shipping page.

Customers in the United States do not pay anything extra on delivery, because the fee is already included in the shipping cost. For the EU, the UK and other countries, taxes and import charges are the buyer’s responsibility. See the shipping page for details.

The pieces are made of natural wood and finished with care, but metal parts (such as ear hooks or clasps) and finishes can affect sensitive skin. If you have allergies, write to me before ordering and I will tell you exactly what a piece is made of.

No. Jewelry contains small parts and is not a toy. It is not intended for children under 14 and should be kept away from babies and toddlers.
