Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from PamPam Workshop. At the moment all orders are placed in my Etsy shop, where Etsy’s Terms of Use and Seller Policy also apply and Etsy handles payment. If I open direct checkout on this website, these terms will be updated first, and the updated version will apply to those orders.

Everything is made by hand from natural materials. Grain, color and small details vary from piece to piece, and the colors you see on screen may differ slightly from the real piece.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price of an order is the price shown when you place it. Shipping is shown separately. Import taxes and duties are explained on the shipping page.

An order is complete when I confirm it. Payments in my Etsy shop are processed by Etsy, and I never see or store your card details.

Custom pieces are agreed with you in writing, including the design, materials, price and timing. They are made specially for you and cannot be returned. See Returns & cancellation.

Delivery is described on the shipping page, and cancellations, returns and refunds on the returns page.

Jewelry is not a toy and contains small parts, so it is not intended for young children. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, ask me about the materials before you order. Please follow the care guide.

The designs, photographs and texts on this website belong to PamPam Workshop. Please do not copy or use them commercially without my written permission.

I do my best to describe and photograph my pieces accurately. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
