Who I am
PamPam Workshop is a small independent studio based in Ukraine. I am responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach me at annyksha@gmail.com.
What this website does
This website presents my collection. At the moment you place orders in my Etsy shop, and Etsy processes payments. This website has no customer accounts, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. It only counts visits and link clicks anonymously, as described below. Your bag and favourites are kept in a temporary session, not in a customer profile.
1. Information I collect
- Orders. To fulfil your order, Etsy provides me with your name, email address, postal address and the details of what you ordered. I never receive your payment card details.
- Custom orders. You may choose to give me additional personal information, for example when you ask for a custom piece of jewelry.
- Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message.
- Technical data. Like every web server, the server of this website records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. I use it only to keep the website secure and working.
- Anonymous statistics. To see which pages and links people use, the website keeps daily totals in its own database: how many times each page was viewed, which website a visit came from (for example Instagram or Google), which country it came from, whether it was a phone, tablet or computer, and how many times the Etsy and social media links were clicked. The country is worked out from your IP address with a database stored on this website’s own server (IP geolocation by DB-IP); the address itself is never saved. These totals contain no cookies, no IP addresses and nothing that identifies you, and they are not shared with anyone. Visits are not counted if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
- Cookies. Only essential cookies and one preference cookie. See the cookies page.
2. Why I need your information and how I use it
I rely on the following legal bases to collect, use and share your information:
- To provide my services, such as using your information to fulfil your order, settle disputes or give customer support.
- Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, for example if you sign up for my mailing list.
- A legal obligation, a court order or a legal claim, such as keeping information about your purchases when tax law requires it.
- My legitimate interests, when they are not overridden by your rights and interests: providing and improving my services, keeping the website secure, and meeting my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
3. Sharing and disclosure
Information about my customers matters to my business. I share personal information only for very limited reasons:
- Etsy, as necessary to provide my services and to meet my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Service providers, such as delivery companies, and the providers of this website’s hosting and email. They receive your information only to the extent needed to do their job.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
I do not sell your personal information.
4. International transfers
I am based in Ukraine, and my service providers may be based in other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. I only share what is needed and take reasonable steps to protect it.
5. How long I keep it
I keep your personal information only for as long as needed to provide my services and as described in this policy. I generally keep customer data and contact form messages for 1 year. I may keep some information longer when I must do so to meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes or enforce my agreements.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask me for access to your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, write to annyksha@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Ukraine this is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the administration area is protected, and I only keep the information I need. No system is perfectly secure, but I take care to protect your information.
8. Children
My website and shop are not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
When I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. If I begin selling directly on this website, I will update it first to explain how the new data is handled.
